Shipping & Delivery
​

We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS), Fedex and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are based on the weight of each item purchased.  We can usually ship out by the same day or within 24-48 hours.   During week day, if you place an order after 5pm PST, we will process your order next day.  If you place an order on Saturday and Sunday or Holidays, we will process the order on Monday or next available day.

 

Note: WE CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
There will be an automatic charge of $25 for any shipment that is refused.

Free Local Delivery:

 For Supporting our local business-

  • We are offering free local delivery for any orders within a 25 miles radius from the zip code 90242.  

  • Our delivery team will be wearing masks and gloves to promote a safe delivery.

  • Kindly select "local pickup" during checkout, and we will reach out via text or email to schedule for the best delivery date and time.

In order to obtain service or refund on your order, an RMA number must be obtained from G Trading Store

 and G Trading Store must receive the product within 14 days of RMA issue date for full return consideration . In order to take advantage of the RMA policy, you must:
 

 1) Contact www.gtradingstore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  YOU MUST provide the original invoice number, shipping date, description of complete item(s) being returned and reason for return.
 

 2) Return the product, freight prepaid, with a copy of original invoice (proof of purchase).  Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package and on the mailing label. All returns must be in their original shipping carton with original packing material. They must contain be in re-saleable condition.

3) Product box must be clean and undamaged, complete with all manuals, cables, etc. just as you received. If all packaging and accessories are not returned, a deduction may be made from your refund. If the product is tested and the problem cannot be duplicated a fee may be charged and the product will be returned to you.

Products that are received by G Trading Store in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from www.gtradingstore.com.

  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.

  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.


 3) NO REFUND AFTER 14 DAYS of RMA issued date, SHIPPING COST, IS NOT REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER!


 4) Customers can request a return with a full refund within 7 business days from the date of delivery.  After 7 business days from the date of delivery, all non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and requesting a return for a refund must be completed within 15 days, and return item must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.  Please note Shipping fee is NOT refundable.

Standard Return Policy

  • Request a return for refund within: 15 days

  • Request a return for replacement within: 30 days

Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs.

 5) G Trading Store is not responsible for encryption, application load and terminal programming selection errors. Deployment services such as encryption, application loads, terminal programming, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Accessories and consumables are non-refundable. If a product is returned with a password activated that cannot be disabled or a certificate locked, the return cannot be processed and the product will be returned to you.
 

 6) You may send RMA request by E-mail us at sales@gtradingstore.com  We will provide the return address and return instruction to you once RMA is issued. 
 

 7) All RMA will be ship back to customer by FedEx Ground or USPS.

All purchases are cover under the laws of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA. The proper venue for any dispute or legal action arising from this transaction is Los Angeles, California.

Return Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process after being received. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund.

V Power Wrench Product Return and Refund Policy:

​

  • If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item,  please contact us requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) and return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.  We will issue the return label.

  • If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you can request a RMA # and return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Please Note: In this case, Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs.

  • In order to obtain service or refund on your order, a RMA # must be obtained from G Trading Store . YOU MUST provide the original invoice number, shipping date, description of complete item(s) being returned and reason for return. G Trading Store must receive the return item(s) within 14 days of RMA issue date for full return consideration .

  • If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

    If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process after being received.

Manufacturer Warranty:


Anytime after the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the www.gtradingstore.com.  Manufacturer warranties are vary on the different products.  You have up to 3 months from the date of purchase to service it through www.gtradingstore.com.

Typographical Errors:

 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, www.gtradingstore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  www.gtradingstore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and amount charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.gtradingstore.com shall immediately issue a credit or full refund back to your credit card with the full amount of the incorrect price.

Tax:


www.gtradingstore.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for order to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders ship to any other state.
